Michelle Lowe - Project Coordinator
It takes a lot of energy to be Michelle Lowe, but then, if you've met her then you know she is the definition of energy. After graduating from Valley High School in Louisville in 1993, Michelle's first job was with Delta Airlines, based in Atlanta. Tired of the traveling life, Michelle decided to go back to school and in 2003 she graduated from Morehead State University with a B.A. in Communications, and a focus on Advertising and Public Relations.

Upon graduation, Michelle worked in the culinary field as a Marketing Director/Catering Director for two Universities, Morehead State University & Western Kentucky University. With this experience under her belt, she transferred to Lexington and took a position with a local hotel as Catering Sales Manager and was quickly promoted to Food & Beverage Director. In Lexington, she met her future husband, and made two major decisions—to start a family and to try to get back into her field of study, Advertising and Public Relations.

The birth of her son in 2007 was a natural time to join the Serif Group team and in November 2007 she became part-time project coordinator for Baby in the Bluegrass and Baby in Kentuckiana. In addition to coordinating these publications, she has recently taken on the task of corralling Jackie and Bill's thoughts, ideas and schedules into smooth working order. She is now an invaluable project coordinator for Serif Group on a full time basis. Michelle enjoys cooking, relaxing with her family and her newest hobby, thanks to Jackie's persuasion, scrap booking.
